We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager with experience as a Business Analyst ideally with a technical background, who has a passion for product, a well-rounded knowledge of agile developments and an ability to communicate requirements and make decisions reporting to the Product Manager.

What will you do
  • Understand customer needs, identify pain points & inefficiencies, validate hypotheses, and prioritise solutions

  • Help to develop the product strategy by performing research and analysis into the industry, customer needs, product usage metrics and competition

  • Prioritise backlogs, scope new work to be done, write user stories, perform user acceptance testing and follow projects to completion

  • Assess and triage reported bugs and support cases and assist with their resolution

  • Working collaboratively with the development  team and stakeholders to ensure that dependencies are managed, and issues and risks are communicated

  • Develop customer feedback loops to collect, organise and respond to customer needs

  • Analyse internal processes and systems to suggest and implement operational improve

  • Assist in creating presentations for internal and external customers

  • Create a strategic view on which partners and experiences to develop utilising data, research, and user feedback

  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively

You may be a fit if you have/are
  • Experience managing products in the payments/fintech/eCommerce space

  • Flexible and pragmatic, able to respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines by using effective analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Have the ability to demonstrate sound judgement and be able to make decisions independently whilst recognising when to escalate for more senior approval

  • Curious and passionate about finding solutions to customer problems

We need you to have
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Ablility to bridge communication gaps between multiple teams (technical and non-technical) up and down the company.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with an ability to interpret data and communicate findings

  • An analytical & data-driven mindset with a high level of attention to detail

  • The ability to be proactive and goal orientated with a strong delivery/milestone focus

  • Thorough knowledge of agile development methods, processes and best practices

  • Great organisational abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
